These are suede and a small level of dirt is expected due to the porous material. During the shipping process, a certain level of shift can occur causing the suede to flatten. Using a small brush will get rid of any and all imperfections. Available in men’s sizes only, whole sizes only, medium width. Women should choose one size smaller.
